NEW YORK CITY THEATER FEST BOUND !!
Cate Belleveau wrote a play about our own Bemidji , MN daughter Mary Welsh Hemingway and the other women in Ernest Hemingway's life and named it "Mary 4 Martha 3- NO Footnotes ". It was selected to be part of a NYC Theater Fest called NY SUMMERFEST at the Hudson Theater in mid town Manhattan in late August ! Well, we need for our cast and tech . person to get there! So we come to you dear friends and supporters ! Please do not think - oh my, $5.00-10.00 is too small because based on my Facebook friends and the actors we can reach that goal in 2 days if you all gave just that much to take Bemidji to a NYC stage. ( Your support will cover airflights , Cate's long journey from Puposky to Manhattan with props / set / costumes , our housing , one bus trip for actor playing Ernest / Grace / Margot Hemingway coming from Pennsylvania. There are Ubers and subways, food, playbills, videotaping, and a small fee to be in the fest to cover their rental of space costs. Please give what you are able !! No amount too small to get us there !

Please know that we choose the most original, fresh and dynamic plays or musicals from among the submissions we receive. We've chosen your work because we believe your show will bring invaluable inspiration to our festival.

Performances
August 21 @ 9pm
August 22 @ 6:15pm
August 25 @ 3:30pm - Saturday
ou will be staging your play at the Hudson Guild Theater, at 441 W. 26 St.(between 9th and 10th Avenues) In the center of Manhattan. This beautiful theater has 96 permanent seats and 6 spaces for wheelchairs.
We need your support for van rental & gas , filming , housing, loss of income as actors take off and prop refurbish ! Help us take Bemidji ( Puposky - even smaller ) to NYC !!!!! Woot - we even have a chance at prize money !
