Northland Pines Mission Possibles Running Club, in its fifth year of running, helps promote healthy living choices, confidence, strength, courage, character building, conflict resolution and team building among its runners while training to run Eagle River's Journey's Marathon 5K race May 14, 2016.
NP Mission Possibles Running Club consisits of third, fourth, and fifth grade boys and girls from Eagle River Elementary School, Land O' Lakes Elementary School, SOAR Charter School, and NP Montessori Learning Center. Along with student runners, Mission Possibles includes past club members, in 6th grade and up, as mentor as well as volunteer parents and staff.
With an ever increasing amount of registered runners and volunteers each year, Mission Possibles Running Club of Eagle River Elementary, Land O’ Lakes Elementary, NP Montessori, and SOAR Charter School need your help! Last year, MP coaches trained and registered over 130 runners, mentors, and volunteers.
Mission Possibles needs club sponsors to help defray the costs connected to running the successful club it has become. A major expense of the club is paying for club sponsored t-shirts and defrayment of Journey's Marathon entry fees.
