Random act of kindness...
Around 1:30 am the early hours of Thanksgiving Day I woke up to a car horn blaring repeatedly to quickly look outside my window and see my neighbors front porch engulfed by a fireball and rapidly going up in flames admist a wet portland night.
Keifer Williams & Avery Steen have now been left with a very charred, complete dilapidated, soaking pile of shit/neighborhood eyesore that was just 24 hours ago a place they’ve called home, what remains of the house is no longer an inhabitable state. Their pet snake was rescued however a beautiful baby bearded dragon was part of the fatalities in this awful early morning fire.
I will be setting up a donation point for cloths and home goods as well for these guys, However like many of us in portland they are transplants in the community without family and are going to be starting entirely from scratch. Anything you’d be so kind to share will be very graciously accepted in hopes to help them overcome this tragedy. Please community let’s pool together and show these guys what good karma and neighborly kindness is all about.
