Dear Potential Sponsor,

After many months of barking and sniffing for the perfect area, the Leadership North Augusta c/o 2016 has made a significant movement on the approval of a fenced-in off-leash dog park with the help of the North Augusta Parks, Recreation, and Tourism Department and the City of North Augusta.  It will be located off of Riverside Blvd. behind the North Augusta Police Department that is on Buena Vista Ave .  The Leadership North Augusta c/o 2016 is working to raise the funds and materials to make the North Augusta Bark Park a reality.

Your partnership with the Bark Park can make a huge difference.  By donating to the Bark Park, you will help purchase important items such as fencing, signage, bathrooms, and other necessities. Together we can help families in our community by providing a safe place for off-leash play without the risk of dogs running away, being hit by cars, or bothering people in general.

Off-leash play benefits all members of the community.  Dogs who are exercised regularly are better neighbors.  They are quieter, better behaved, and are friendlier with both people and other dogs.  Dog Parks promote responsible dog ownership.  Dog owners learn “doggy manners” from other owners who use the dog park on a regular basis.  The Bark Park isn’t just for dogs.  It is for dog owners who want to exercise their beloved pets in a safe environment and socialize with people who have similar interests.

Our class consists of all local residents and we are 100% dedicated to this cause.  We will stay with this class project well after we have graduated from this class until completion.  We chose this project because 1) the community wanted it, 2) the city leadership wanted it, and 3) it is just the right thing to do for ourselves and our furry best friends.  As a sponsor you will receive a wide variety of benefits based on your level of contribution.  Even at the most basic level you can show support upon receiving an official Bark Park shirt and Bark Park bracelet.  We hope to see our community come together and help us put together this much needed park.

All levels of sponsors will be appreciated and 100% of your donation will go directly to the building and development of the Bark Park.  A sponsorship form is included for your convenience.  Please call Mary Ann Bigger at [phone redacted] today to find out more about how you can help.  We greatly appreciate your support and thank you for all that you already do for our amazing community.

 Sincerely,

Leadership North Augusta c/o 2016
