Mr. Chuck Bolt & Family
Donation protected
As most of you know, Mr. Chuck Bolt went into the hospital with an afib heart condition on 12/4. The doctors "paddled" his heart (cardioversion) to get it back into a regular heart beat rhythm on 12/7. He went home on 12/9 but returned to the ER via paramedics on 12/10 with a racing heart and new stroke-like symptoms. A hemorrhagic stroke created bleeding and swelling in his brain, causing blurry vision and a non-responsive left-side of his body. He is not speaking yet. We are praying that this is all temporary, but it sounds like there will be quite a bit of rehab once he gets out of ICU. Sadly, Mr. Bolt will be in the hospital this Christmas. Many of you have expressed a desire to do something or give financially to Mr. Bolt and his family. This "GoFundMe" campaign is an opportunity to easily and conveniently do that through a credit card. Monies received will go towards paying the families' monthly household obligations, as Mr. Bolt was the primary income earner as a self-employed painter/contractor and is now unable to work and provide for his family. The family lives very modestly, but we are thinking he will be out of work for at least several months. We aren't certain of the extent of the medical bills yet. Thank you for your prayerful consideration in wrapping up the Bolts in your love, prayers, service and provision, just like this homemade quilt was given to this beloved Scoutmaster and loyal friend, to show how much we love and appreciate him, and all he's done for our sons and community. To God be all the glory.
