David Moya's Malignant Brain Tumor Battle

Last Sunday, our dear friend David became dizzy and nauseous. He was taken to the hospital only to discover that he had a golf ball-sized tumor on the right side of his brain. Surgery revealed the tumor was advanced, aggressive, and malignant. David is facing weeks and months of chemotherapy, radiation and rehabilitation - of which much will not be covered by insurance.

David is 34 years old and has been married for about a year and a half to his beautiful wife, Jazlim. He recently graduated nursing school and began his career as a nurse at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.  As a new family just starting their lives together, David and Jazlim do not have a great deal of resources or savings. David's Paid Time Off benefit will be quickly become exhausted and medical expenses associated with David's necessary, life-sustaining treatment are more than this couple and their family can afford.

We are asking for help in mitigating the cost of David's expenses so that this family can concentrate on providing support and encouragement to their loved one.
