I am a neglect rescue case in Stockton California. I am very sick. I have severe skin disease but I may also have grain allergies and bad hips. We will know more after MGF takes me to their Dr. After I heal and get better I can be adopted out to a forever home. Please help me.

Hi my name is Miss Anna. Dr's think I am 5 years old. I am a German Shepherd Dog mix (DNA Tested). Full DNA report will be given to my adopted family as well as my complete health records. Here is my story from my POV.

I was brought in by my owners. They no longer wanted me. They said I was friendly but I have grain allergies and bad hips. I was lost, alone and scared. I was set to be euthanized on April 3rd 2016.
Animal control quickly approved Miss Gabriel Foundation's application for me plus they even opened up the shelter on a Sunday, for a pickup, when they are normally closed.

On April 3rd 2016 Miss Gabriel Foundation (MGF) stepped in to pick me up, foster me and give me the 24/7 medical cares I would need. They have a motto and it is "Giving a second chance to dogs who never had a first chance." MGF needs your help to make this happen.
04/03/2016 Starting my trip from CA to OR.

I saw my Dr on April 4th 2016 to start my diagnosis and treatment plans. I have high protein in my blood due to my inflammation of my skin. I have advanced skin disease more than likely from allergies. I do not have heartworm or lyme disease. Dr pulled a tick out of my ear. My abdomen and chest are clear. My ears and skin are infected. I am bleeding and oozing pus from my skin. I have a large cyst on my back. My nails are very long and they need trimmed over time to shorten them. I am missing a lot of my fur. I started on heartgard and bravecto today as well as antibiotics and pain pills. I started to receive all my vaccines as if it were the first time I have ever had them. Dr says 1-2 months till I can get spayed. I am negative for mites and fleas.

I saw my Dr on May 6th 2016 to go in for a recheck. I got my second set of shots, medication and steroid shot for my skin disease and got an additional skin spray to help my skin heal better. My skin is not healing as fast as it should so I need medicines for another month.

I saw my Dr on June 10th 2016 as my skin disease is coming back. It is not the bacterial infection I am fighting anymore. The fungal part is having trouble going away. I have been started on a rx fungal pill and still to continue my rx baths and rx sprays.

I saw my Dr on July 21st 2016 for my surgery day. I had my nails clipped, a micro chip and 2 tumors removed. I also had my spay done but a few minor complications occurred so I cannot be adopted out till next week, I have been sent home with antibiotics and I need to be watched closely. I was supposed to have my teeth cleaned but the surgery took too long and I could not stay under much longer so my teeth were brushed and looked at the see if any broken or rotten teeth are there. There is not.
I need more prescriptions picked up.

I did not want to get this sick. I wanted to be loved and cared for. My previous owner let me get this way. My medical bills will be ongoing during my treatments to get better. The hope is to not need a medical plan after I heal and repair. I want to live and I want to find my fur-ever family. It will take a village to help me. I need your help please.
