Lyn's Home Health Care
Donation protected
I'm Baker, Lyn's second favorite brother :-)
11/12/2015 update @ 6pm MST.
Friends - Lyn passed from this life into the arms of her Savior Jesus Christ at 12:50am on Tuesday, Nov 10th.
For this reason, we are closing down her GoFundme healthcare fund. If anyone who gave that would like a refund we would be happy to do that. Whatever is not refunded will be used for burial expenses, transportation and interment in Texas. -Baker
=======================================
We are trying to raise money to fund Lyn's home health care. She has entered hospice (read supportive care) but that only provides daily nurse visits, not 24 x 7 on site attendants. Her level of care is beyond the scope of what Mom (Janie) can provide any longer (at 91 years young). We are scheduling 4 hours, maybe 8 (depending on funding) of Visiting Angels to help in the most crucial times of the day. Lyn thrives most at home, as we all do, and has seen some slight improvement in strength and health here at home, in the last 2 weeks.
Our goal is to fund the next 2 months of home care, for 8 hours a day, 7 days a week. This comes to just under $4,900 per month (incl 7% gross receipts tax in NM).
We hope to begin scheduling the Visiting Angels immediately so even if you can't give alot right now, anything will help to get the campaign started. Of course you can give again later if the Lord blesses you.
Another huge help would be to share this link with other Believers and friends who know Lyn. She has been used of the Lord to fight for the unborn and for the cause of righteousness in our nation, so there may be others who will recognize her name and want to help, as you share her story. Thank you so much! Anything you do is a huge help.
I asked Lyn this morning her favorite verse. It is this "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. " Isa 41:10
May the Lord strongly help you today in your ministry, as well. - Baker, for Lyn, her son Alex, 'Mom' - Janie, sister Elizabeth (Chilton), and brother Bill Hughes.
