Lynden VFW Post 9301 Recovery Funds

On Saturday, November 3rd, 2018, our local VFW Post was broken into and burglarized. Besides causing damage to the building, the VFW's checks and cash was stolen.
We are seeking the communities assistance with raising funds to recoup the damage and financial loss, as well as raising funds to upgrade the security and surveillance technology.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated so the Post and Auxiliary can continue with the mission to serve Veterans and their families.

Withdrawal Plan: I am having cashiers checks payable to the VFW for them to deposit and use. (1st and largest (THANK YOU!!) has already been given to them.)
How the funds will be used: I know they will be using the funds to repair a window, doors and locks, to install a security system, and assist with replacing what was stolen. After that, I am not positive what the funds will be used for, except that they will be used for Veterans and Active Military.
