My German Shepherd's Surgery Fund

I don't typically ask for help or handouts but my German Shepherd Luka tore his ACL and needs to have surgery.
We brought him to the vet because he was limping and after being at the vet and taking X-Rays they determined that he tore a ligament in his knee. They gave us medication and pills for the pain to see if it is able to heal itself. Unfortunately, it has gotten worse and he will need surgery. He is limping around and isn't able to put any weight on the leg at all. The poor guy!
The surgery will cost between 3,000-4,000 that needs to be paid in full before the surgery. Frankily, we just don't have that kind of money for the surgery. I hate to ask, but if you can help at all by even donating $10 it would help a lot. I want to get him in as soon as possible! We are going to try and apply for a loan or care credit card, but our financial situation hasn't been the best lately.
