Autism Hyperbaric in Los Cabos, MX

My mission, with your help, is to set-up a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Chamber (HBOT) to treat children with autism, epilepsy and other medical conditions in Los Cabos, Mexico.


Nuestra misión, con su ayuda es establecer un centro de Terapia con Oxigeno Hiperbárico para niños con autismo y otras condiciones médicas en Los Cabos, México.

3 years ago my son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and it forever changed my family's life. Through intensive research and immersing myself in the autism community in the USA and throughout the world, I have learned that there is so much that can be done to help each child's individual conditions. The parent just needs to know what is going on with their child and how to treat and benchmark progress. 

Mi hijo fue diagnosticado con Trastorno del Espectro Autista hace 3 años, y cambió por siempre la forma de vida de mi familia. A través de una intensa búsqueda e inmersión en la comunidad autista en Estados Unidos y parte del mundo, he aprendido que hay infinidad de formas de ayudar a cada uno de estos niños y sus respectivas condiciones. Los padres simplemente necesitamos saber que esta pasando con nuestros hijos, como tratarlos y como medir el progreso.

One way a child with autism or epilepsy can be helped is through hyperbaric therapy.  Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a medical treatment, which enhances the body's natural healing process by inhalation of 100% oxygen in a total body chamber, where atmospheric pressure is increased and controlled. It is used for a wide variety of treatments usually as a part of an overall medical care plan.

Una de las maneras en que se puede tratar a un niño con autismo es con sesiones hiperbáricas. La Terapia con Oxigeno Hiperbárico es un tratamiento medico que intensifica el proceso natural del cuerpo para sanar, inhalando oxigeno dentro de una cámara presurizada en un ambiente 100% controlado. Esta técnica es usada en una variedad de tratamientos que van acompañado de una estrategia medica completa.

Inflammation of the brain is common in autism and epilepsy, hyperbaric oxygen therapies have clinically shown to help.

La inflamación del cerebro es común en el autismo y las terapias de oxígeno hiperbárico han demostrado clínicamente que ayudan.

Through my journey, I've connected with an individual who owns an HBOT in mainland Mexico that needs to move it and agreed to allow me to house and operate it. I just need to insure the machine, move it, acquire the supplies to operate and bring in a licensed technician to train us on how to properly use the HBOT for treatments. The transportation is the largest expense and involves a long journey, toll roads, and overnight ferry and local men to lift and remove from the truck.

En mi travesía he conocido a una persona que cuenta con una cámara hiperbárica en el interior de México y necesita cambiarla de lugar, esta persona ha accedido a permitirme guardarla y ponerla en funcionamiento. Solo necesito asegurarla y transportarla, comprar los consumibles para operarla y traer a un técnico certificado para que me entrene en su funcionamiento.

Over the past few years, I've been exposed to a larger group of children with autism in the state of Baja California SUR, or Los Cabos, Mexico. The numbers of those with autism are increasing and I'd like to help the children and the parents with the HBOT in addition to what I've learned on my journey.

En los últimos años he descubierto que existe una gran comunidad de niños con autismo en el estado de Baja California Sur, particularmente en Los Cabos, México. Estos números son alarmantes y me gustaría poder ayudara estos niños y a sus padres con mis conocimientos y experiencias adquiridos.

Your donations will allow us to properly transfer this HBOT from Puerto Vallatra to Los Cabos, Mexico, house and start operations to help children and others with medical conditions who can benefit from Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapies. ***This is complete - we have the HBOT in Cabo now!***

Desafortunadamente el tiempo es un factor, ya que la cámara necesita ser movida de su lugar antes de mediados de Julio 2017, desde el interior hasta Los Cabos, lo cuál no es una tarea fácil ni económica.



In addition, we will be able to consult on individual conditions to help parents learn how to help their children with  education on diet, sleep and environmental factors in addition to helping parents cope with raising a special needs child (parent's need help too!)

Sus donaciones ayudaran a transportar, resguardar la cámara y comenzar con las terapias para ayudar a estos niños y otras personas que sufran distintas condiciones y puedan resultar beneficiados del uso de la misma. Podremos ayudar a padres de familia e individuos a través de tratamientos a bajos costos e inclusive gratuitos, ofrecer educación en cuanto a dietas, desordenes de sueño y sobrellevar el hecho de criar a un niño con necesidades especiales.


Our window, unfortunately, is limited, as we need to move this HBOT soon from mainland Mexico to Los Cabos, Mexico. Needless to say, this is no easy or cheap task.
