We Sport U has received the honor and distinction to represent the Denver Broncos by being selected to send a team of 13/14 year old players from our league to compete in the NFL Flag Championships, in Orlando, Florida, during the Pro Bowl weekend 1/27-29/2017. Coach Tim and Coach Ryan will lead Sage, Justice, Marcos, Ayden, Ossy, William, Colton, Jesse, Sai and Christian compete against 31 other teams representing each of the NFL Football teams and 8 teams from regional tournaments across the United States. This is truly a huge opportunity. Not only will they be one of only 400 kids competing, they have the chance to be on ESPN live during halftime of the Pro Bowl, when they make it to the final game. Here is your chance to help that everyday kid next door, live a once in a lifetime dream. Please help these great kids, who have played in our league for a combined 75 seasons. These players are some of the most respectful, loyal, talented and overall fantastic kids! They not only deserve to go, they will represent the Broncos, We Sport U, Longmont, Colorado and u - they will exceed all our expectations. This unexpected opportunity comes with a cost and these families need your help getting there. The airfare, ground transportation and meals need to be paid by them. As u could imagine, this expense was notin the budget, especially during Christmas. Please help with whatever donation u can make - every dollar counts. If everyone we know just donated $5 - these kids could would have all they need. And if u could, PLEASE pass this on to your friends and family, so they, too, can appreciate this feel good opportunity and help!
As u can imagine, this is extremely exciting for the boys, coaches and league. Each year the NFL Flag program holds regional tournaments around the counrty. Due to financial constraints we have only had a few teams over the years participate regionally. When we received the call from the Broncos that we were selected to send a team - it was over the top! We have to get these kids to Orlando - it is a once in a lifetime chance to compete at that level, on the national stage and represent u and the Broncos well. Please help with any size donation!
We Sport U was started in 2003 and has served over 13,000 players, giving all kids the opportunity to play, make football memories, learn sportsmanship and experience a variety of fun events, like playing at Invesco Field at Mile High, Northern Colorado University, and the University of Colorado, in Boulder. We've attended Colorado Avalanche, Crush, CU Buffs and Broncos games as their guests. In addition, we were invited to demonstrate our skills at the Broncos Bowl and represented the NFL Flag Football program on national TV during the Steelers/Broncos divisional championship game in 2015, which was also the last home game for Peyton Manning. Now we will represent the Denver Broncos at the highest level of competition, in the NFL Flag Football Championship. They have really been given a fantastic opportunity, we would really appreciate any help u can offer.
