Lindin's Story

My name is Lauren and my husband is Doug. We are raising money in memory of our son, Lindin, who passed away after 9 days of life. Should you feel called to donate we are very grateful and hope to add a little comfort to the families in the NICU at the Woman's Hospital of Texas by donating book shelves with books, rocking chairs, and crocheted hats. If the fund allows, we would also like to help offset some of the funeral expenses for other NICU families having to bury or cremate their child.
Lindin's story began October 15, 2015 at 6:25am when he was born at 23 weeks gestation as a micro-preemie weighing 1lb 4oz and 11 1/2 inches long. We were blessed to have had Lindin for 9 beautiful days and hope that by sharing this story Lindin’s life will never be forgotten and others in my situation will know that they are not alone.
