For the Family of Lester Miguel
Donation protected
This fundraiser was put together by the staff at LAC+USC Medical Center in support of Mr. Lester Miguel's family. Lester was a beloved facilities management employee of over 30 years who unexpectedly died in an unfortunate work related industrial accident on December 11, 2014.
He was a father of two teenage daughters, and was soon to be a grandfather. Both daughters still live at home, and his lovely wife, Mary, has been on disability and unable to work.
These funds will help support his family as they go through this difficult time.
Funeral Information:
When: Friday, December 19, 2014
Location: Calvary Chapel Chino Valley, 12205 Pipeline Avenue, Chino, CA 91710
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Following the services, there will be a celebration of life at The Club House located at: 4400 Philadelphia St., Chino, CA 91710.
Additional Information: Ms. Mary Miguel shared that Lester was a native Hawaiian, so she requests in honor of Lester that you try to wear Hawaiian shirts if you're able to attend.
Thank you,
LAC+USC Medical Center
and SEIU Local 721
