Leslie the Doorman's Medical Fund

It is with saddened news that our beloved doorman Leslie had been diagnosed with cancer and will not be returning to work at Park Slope Court LLC. He has been a valued employee for over 8 years.

These past few months have been extremely hard on Leslie. Even though, we at Tona had begged Leslie to take it easy and take the time he needed to get better , he refused and came to work even in his weakened condition. Leslie loved his job and all of the tenants and staff at the doctors’ offices , he loved it so much he wanted to at least work part time. Unfortunately it has become too much for Leslie that he will have to resign his position and focus on receiving treatments and fighting to get better.

The purpose for this fund is to raise money in order to aid Leslie with the increasing cost of chemotherapy. As one can imagine, such superior treatment and care is extremely costly; and the numbers are only getting larger. It is my hope, that this fund will generate enough money to help ease some of the financial pressure for Leslie and what little family he has.
