I have put together a honeymoon fund for the most amazing couple I know! As many of you know, they decided to elope on Halloween. They really could not afford the cost of a big wedding, although I know their original intention was to include all of you. But you can still be a part of the celebration!!!
Since I was a little girl I rememember every year Linda and Christina telling me, "Next year maybe we can go to Greece." But every year something else came up. It has been their dream to go to Greece. Christina is Greek and speaks it fluently. She even taught in Greece in her 20's. She has always spoken about it fondly and shared her love of Greece with my mom and me over the years.
It would be so amazing if we could make this happen for them. June is their 30th anniversary together and I would love to be able to present them with tickets from all their friends and family. Accomodations in Athens have already been offered at no cost. We are trying to cover the round-trip flights and some money to travel to the islands.

Q: Do they know about this?
A: NO!!! it is a suprise
Q: Will they really use the money for the trip?
A: Once the money is raised I will sit with them and book the flight. I will give them any remaining money in Euro's right before they board the plane.
