Save Katya

Katya, my cousins beautiful Golden Retriever was seen on Friday afternoon by the Vet, for lameness in the right rear leg. It was then that we found out that Katya has a torn ACL. ( or often called the CCL) The puppy has been showing some stiffness for the past 6 months and now this big dog is having trouble getting around. The doctors want her to have surgery to fix her right knee. It is heartbreaking that my cousin cannot afford the medical bills to help a family member that has always been there for her. If she doesn't get treatment her situation will deteriotate and her quality of life will be severely limited. Please help in any way you can, anything will help. All we want is to give her the love and care that she has always shown my cousin. Susan is my cousins name, and this dog is her life.  My cousin is on a fixed income, and just doesn't have the money for Katyas' surgery.
