Lowell Khmer New Year 2016

On Saturday April 23, 2016 one of the most popular Khmer New Year events in Lowell, MA will be celebrated by the second largest Cambodian population in the nation. The Clemente Park Committee, a volunteer community group, has come together with other local organizations to ring in the Khmer New Year at the Roberto J. Clemente Park and the Pailin Volleyball Sports Complex located on 803 Middlesex Street, Lowell, MA 01851.

The event is free to the public. There will be a live band, traditional games and dance, chayum band, vendors, and food in a great festive community atmosphere.

All of the proceeds raised will go to the event expenses for entertainment, table/chair rentals, police detailing, marketing materials, and fundraising to keep the event free and fun for all.
