Hello possible future clients and friends of Kuttin' It Close Barber. First let me thank you and say that it takes a very special person to even be looking at this site to try to help others. My name is Wesley White, I am married and a father to five awesome children. My wife and I are Disabled Combat Veterans of the US Army. I spent 15 years in and attained the rank of Sergeant First Class. I was dicharged with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and a few other disabilities. I currently have a service connected disability of 80%. I am raising money to start a Barber Shop called Kuttin' It Close. This shop will be dedicated to providing discount haircuts to America's Heroes. Veterans, Police, Firemen, and Emergency Medical Technicians. However, it will not be your run of the mill every day barber shop. It will be classy. Similar to an Art of Shaving shop, or an Aiden Gill shop. This will be a mens grooming center. Personal respectful service from highly respected barbers wearing ties and dress shirts. I will have a start up cost of approx $20k. I have some saved, but was very excited when someone told me it was possible to raise the money by doing this. I will ensure everyone that enters my shop is made aware of each person that made this possible for me. Every person that donates will have their name inscribed on a plaque that will be placed in the shop. My promise to my possible donors is this. Once I make this dream a reality for my family and me, I will designate a day each year to veterans, a day for firemen, one for EMT's, and a day for police to receive absolutely free service.
