This year as a part of our Literacy Alive! Project the High Point University chapter of Kappa Delta Pi, International Honor Society in Education, is teaming up with the Hartley YMCA in High Point to create a childrens library.

We will be painting murals, building bookshelves, and providing  beanbags and chairs for the children to sit in as they read, as well as books for them to enjoy.

We need your help to reach our goal of $1,750 to put towards the purchase of paint, building supplies, furniture, and of course books! Please consider making a small donation to our fundraiser so we can help get the children at Hartley YMCA excited about literature. Every penny counts!
