Going on Disability

Over the last four years I have been getting debilitating migraines I am at the point as of today where I start the process of disability.  I will be be not getting any pay for over a month until I get a settlement check to live off of for 15 months until the Job I work for starts paying me monthly.  I have been to two neurologists and they have nothing for me in the way of help. I need extra cash for medical appointments and everything that goes with that to kick start in. I also need to pay for my bills so I do not get behind. I have no family I can stay with until everything is moving and running. I own my own house with a low payment which is why I am not asking for more money. I still need help though to make it past the first few months. Every little bit helps including a share on facebook and twitter or pinterest even instagram. I know I am a little all over the place when I am asking for this money because I never thought I would see a time in my life that this would happen until I had a massive migraine attack that left me paralyzed for hours. It was the scariest thing in my life. My heart is racing as I am writing this, because I feel shame and am scared if I don't get help. Like I said I have no one to help me in this switch over. I turn to the world out there of people I don't know to find it in their hearts to help me. This is one of the hardest things to face and I need help.
