John Embury's Medical Expenses

John Embury, loving husband, father, and son, passed away on February 23rd, 2015 after more than 2 years of fighting various debilitating diseases, amputations, and complications arising from a constant fight with diabetes. He left behind his loving wife of 28 years, Kelly, and his 4 children Erin, Steven, Tabitha, and Sadie. He was truly loved by all who knew him and we will all miss him terribly.
