Homeless Single Dad & 13 Mo Boy

Hi, I'm Catherine Close and our family met Javon and his 13 month old son Javon, Jr.

Javon is recently homeless and was awarded custody of his 13 month old from his mother that left him in the frozen food section of the grocery store.

Javon Sr is a talented pianost, piano teacher, and skilled carpenter. He can teach piano, build decks, and he speaks fluent Spanish as well.

We are raising funds for him for 3 months of his living expense, and trying to get him transportation and a decent place to live for him and his son.

The 3 months funds will be used for rent, food, utilities, needs for the baby such as clothing, diapers, and hopefully someone will donate a car or we can get one given for cheap.

Any donations of furniture would also be appreciated.

The Travis' (Javon and Javon Jr) need funds as soon as possible. Child care has been donated already! 

We are so thankful to have met this family. They are both amazing people and our family embracing and helping during this holiday season has blessed us in ways we never knew.
