Jeramey Montgomery Medical assist.
On June 7th Jeramey was riding motocross with his friends. Like a lot of weekends we get together at one of a few different local tracks and ride a bit. Jeramey had not ridden in a while and was enjoying a little seat time. On the second ride of the day he went a little long on one of the jumps and landed flat. For the non riders, that’s when you miss the landing ramp and hit flat ground without any taper. He immediately knew something was wrong and pulled off the track. Jeramey collapsed beside the track and was unable to stand. EMS was called and carefully drove him into the hospital where he was found to have 5 vertebral fractures and significant swelling along the affected area of the spinal column. He is currently facing a tremendous amount of surgical repairs as well as an extensive hospitalization and lengthy rehabilitation. He has a very long road ahead of him but also an optimistic recovery at the end. Jeramey is the father of 4 and sole provider for his family through a small self employed business that is heavily slanted towards physical labor. He will be unable to provide for quite some time. Our goal is to simply ease his financial burden as much as possible in order to allow him to focus on his recovery back to being self sufficient as he has always been. He’s a proud hard working man and would never ask himself for any charity. That’s why we are so eager to help him however we can. If you can help in any amount, I assure you it is going to a good cause.
