Hello from Champaign, Illinois!
My name is Donna and I am an animal lover who truly enjoys having companion animals as a part of my life.
I am involved in a fundraiser to help support a local animal rescue group called Hospice Hearts. This group helps find homes for animals whose owners are being moved to a nursing home or whose owners are fatally ill. They want to continue being loved in a forever home!
Money from this fundraiser will be used to help pay for caring for the animals until they find their forever homes (veterinarian visits, food, medicines, bedding, etc.).
By finding these animals a new forever home, Hospice Hearts is doing such wonderful work by easing the minds of elderly and ill people who want the best for their beloved pets.
Any donation in any amount would mean so much to this group, these pet owners, their pets, and all of the volunteers who help with this mission!
