Help Rod's Recovery

First off, I want to thank you for taking the time to visit this page I've created to help my cousin and his amazing family at this time. Here's a little glimpse of their story.

My cousin Roddy Seradilla lives and works in Winnipeg with his wife Helene and their two sons Ryu and Sonny. They are a honest, proud and hard working couple, 
and lead a very busy family life while running their businesses "PimpMyRice" Filipino food truck, as well and their brick and morter restaurant "Bisita". 

They have played an integral role in the filipino food movement and community in Winnipeg, proudly sharing the Filipino culture how they know best...through food. They've also  spent countless hours sharing, volunteering, and selflessly giving back to the community. If you know my cousins at all you how hard they work and are always there to help anyone at any time without hesitation.


On November 3rd my cousin suffered from a heart attack, where he then was diagnosed with Severe Coronary Artery Disease. He has undergone one heart procedure already and is scheduled for yet another. As a result of this, he has been unable to work  for nearly 6 weeks and will not be able to return for another 3-4. :(
The restaurant has not been able to operate at its usual schedule and as a result has left them falling behind with their financial responsibilities and causing alot if stress on him and his family. Aside from the fact that his rehabilitation is a very slow one, as they are when it comes to heart related issues, it has also put a lot of mental and physical strain on Helene, who's left to solely care for their children, as it's reccomended that Rod relax as much as possible in order to recover fully and quickly so he can get back to work.
I'm hoping with your help, we can raise $5000 as soon as possible so that he can catch up on past bills, focus on recovering stress free and be able to have some sense of Christmas joy with his kids and wife this holiday season.
