Stop Over-Development In Venice

Please donate funds to save Venice from illegal overdevelopment by donating to the lawsuit Venetians have against the Coastal Commission in approving 742-748 Brooks. This project is in violation of Chapter 3 of the Coastal Act. The mass, scale, and character does not fit Brooks Avenue nor does it fit Venice.
This lawsuit is important because if this project is allowed it will set a precedent for development in Venice. We need to clearly tell the Coastal Commission that this project is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
There have been many appalling twists and turns of this case, and now it's culminating to a final fight: The TRIAL which is scheduled for October 2nd, 2018.
We are asking Venetians to donate whatever they can afford to help with our legal fees.
