Support Jeff Sands

Hello, my name is Jeff Sands father of three, husband to one and the sole income provider. Over the last couple of weeks I’ve October I have had to take a leave of absence at work with out pay, due to external bleeding after visiting the va clinic I was told it was nothing to be concerned about about two days later on a Sunday I went to the hospital from extreme bleeding through clothing and dizzy spells. With in a two day time frame I seen a specialist who had me in surgery with in 24 hrs of conducting the first appointment. On the 23rd of October 2018 I had a major surgery to repair intestinal track which caused internal bleeding. My family and I are asking for any type of assistance to help us get back on or feet so that I can get back to work with a speedy recovery any type of assistance would help god bless you all.
