Help Sarah get a no stair apartment

I have known my friend Sarah for a few years now. Despite many hardships, she continues to be an inspiration and an outspoken advocate for life. Through her well crafted words and life saving ideas, Sarah is on the front lines of the pro-life movement. She founded and runs the website clinicquotes.com and her articles appear on the best and most popular pro-life websites. Sarah has personally corresponded with women from around the world who contacted her and helped them access resources and support so they could choose life for their unborn child. Now Sarah needs our help.
I hope she forgives me using her Facebook status, but she really explains her situation best-
“Well, at this point I don't know what is going to happen, if I'm moving, or if I am going to be essentially homeless for a while.. Housing has terminated my assistance on this apartment, and they have yet to approve the new apartment. My landlady sat on the paperwork a week, which didn't help. Housing has to do an inspection before they award the new voucher, and they haven't even scheduled it yet. My move in date is supposed to be in four days. Not only that, I just heard that THE STATE has to come in and do an inspection. They too have not set a date. Two inspections. who knows when they will be done. Landlady wants me in by the 12th at the latest, or I lose the apartment. Housing told me they don't want me to move unless [the approval for the new apartment is] settled. Housing has already terminated the contract of the OLD apartment, so I can't stay here either. I can't possibly pay the full (1300) rent alone with a monthly income of 850. If this isn't all finished by the 12th I'm in serious trouble.”
Will you please help me in thanking Sarah for her tireless work for women in a crisis by helping her in her time of need? She is in between her old apartment and the new one and I don't want her to lose out on this new apartment that is better for her because of a bureaucratic nightmare. Sarah suffers from RA (Rheumatoid arthritis) which is a chronic inflammatory disorder that typically affects the small joints in your hands and feet. Rheumatoid arthritis affects the lining of your joints, causing a painful swelling that can eventually result in bone erosion and joint deformity. RA makes going up/down the stairs to her old apartment extremely painful. The new apartment she is trying to move in to is on the ground floor, which means no stairs, which means less pain for Sarah. Please considering helping her during this difficult transitional time. Thank you for your support.
