Tiberius was Struck By a Car

Our dog, Tiberius, was the victim of a hit and run today (Tusday, November 21, 2017) at about 12noon. He was quickly rushed to Casillas Vetrinary Hospital in Montebello, where he was given x-rays and a diagnosis of 2 fractures at his hip and pevic region.
He must go into surgery to help save his life.
Tiberius is one of the best dogs a person could have in their lives. He lights up a room and instantly loves every person and every animal he comes in conact with. If you've ever met him you know he loves every body, and you'd be crazy not to love him too. He's playful and full of personality. But most of all he's a part of the family.
It breaks my heart that something so could happen to him, but I will do everything in my power to make it right. I wouldn't normaly do something like this, but because of a lot of recent expenses it's difficult for me to cover this on my own, so I'm asking for help. Any little bit you can help with would be very much appreciated.
