Would you pay $5 to save a loved 1?
Donation protected
Would you give $5 or $10dollars if you knew it would save a Loved One's life? How bout $3?
I want to help the small communities around me with Search and Rescue, Amber Alerts, and much more.
Initially all donations will go toward the purchase of the ultralight rescue helicopter to save lives. Any donations over the target amount will be placed into a Trust, for operating the helicopter, so that we can always be funded to save lives and help keep the community safe.
We call this search and rescue organization A.M.R.A.S.
Affordable - We found away to make it less expensive
Multi - We plan on using multiple air technologies
Role - We can do many things to help the community
Air - We are helping from the Air
Support - We are not working alone, we are just supporting other proven technologies and organizations do their work more efficiently to save lives, while also saving money.
Having one of our Ultra Light Search and Rescue Helicopters in the air is like having 100 men on the ground. Many smaller communities can't afford Helicopters due to small budgets, so children, hikers, boaters, and those in need don't get the immediate rescue response like in big communities that can afford big helicopters, pilots, and gas. Consider that the average cost to power a standard helicopter is about $1,600-$6000 per hour.
I am asking you to help purchase the first ever Ultralight Search&Rescue Helicopter* to save lives. If the community donates to get the helicopter, I will donate my pilot flight time to help save children, adults, and others from being lost, or stranded. Possibly help track down Amber Alerts, and help my community and other small communities around me.
Unlike a big helicopter the average cost for me to help small communities using an Ultralight Helicopter is more reasonable:
With enough community donations I could Donate My flight time + Gas + maintenance = $200-500 per hour. Depending on amount of donations.
Reuniting lost Child, hiker, or boater to family members safely? Priceless.
First year cost Including Helicopter used only once a month, for 5 hours for a year it would cost:
If A.M.R.A.S. was used
$60,000 for Helicopter
$3,000 for Flights
A.M.R.A.S. Air Support Total = $63,000
Conventional Air Support
$120,000.00 or more for Helicopter
$96,000+ for flights
Conventional Air Support total=$216000
Using A.M.R.A.S. would save $153,000 and who knows how many lives. Because its no longer a question of can we affort to search from the air. Its now We can't afford not to search from the air because its cheaper, and more efficient.
If more smaller communities had an Ultralight Helicopters we will be able to save more lives. I served in the military (Army) and always like to help others in need. I have been a lifeguard, Red Cross instructor, and always got jobs that helped people. I realized recently that many of the small communities do not have a dedicated search & rescue helicopter, not only because normally they cost so much not only to purchase, but also fly. So therefore because of this initial and operating cost, many children, hikers, boaters, and others end up lost, and missing and many times dead.
The response time of other conventional means being used to locate them many times is just not fast enough, is costly and doesn't allow the search and rescue team to cover enough area fast enough. I know if it was my family member, I would want the very best my community could afford to locate and help them.
Please help me make a difference. Help small communities afford to save your loved ones, and pave the way for other communities to do the same. Please tell your friends, give what you can afford. Not looking for much $3-5 dollars from a bunch of people would be enough. Anything you give will be used to help multiple communities, saving many lives. We will be setting up a trust fund to handle the purchase and operating budget of the Helicopter.
Whether you believe in God or not, know that by donating to this cause, you will be helping shape the future, saving who knows how many people, making sure that not matter how rich or poor, big or small the city, people that are lost or in need of help will be and found and saved their time of need. By helping get this search and rescue program off the ground you will help show other communities that they too could save more lives with one dedicated pilot and some community support. It shouldn't matter if the community is rich, poor, big or small, someone lost in or around it should not have to suffer less effective search and rescue support.
Have a great day, and thank you for taking the time to read this.
