Happy Tails Farm Sanctuary helps animals heal. We currently have 57 animals in our care, mostly with abusive pasts, and specialize in pigs and birds. We strive to help these animals put their pasts behind them to not only learn to trust again, but to live out their lives as they should - free and without fear.
We are just a regular family who saw a great need in rescue and protection for the most vulnerable of animals - farmed animals. We run our sanctuary out of our own pockets, with the help of donations and sponsors. As winter approaches we must fill our loft with straw and hay to ensure our animals are warm and cozy during the winter months. As we are continuing to grow, we need a new separate building for our ducks and turkeys, as space in limited in the barn. Also as we grow, so do our vet bills, heating costs, food costs...and the list go on.
For a fun twist, we will send anyone who donates $25 or more a free gift if a postal address is provided!
Offering sanctuary to farmed animals and educating the public about the plights of these animals is a necessity and we are so happy to do it. It means so much to us that others are willing to chip in, in order for us to care for the animals that we have, and others that are in need. Together we can make a big difference in the lives of animals everywhere!
