Scam artists target my Grandmother

Please watch this video of my Grandmother "Bigmama".  She was just recently put through her own kind of hell.  And this is her story.

She was the victim of a horrible elderly con. The scammers tricked her by using the love for her Grandson (me) against her.  And the result?  She emptied her bank account ($20k) and sent it all to some address in Ohio stuffed in a magazine.

The worst part of it is they told her to keep it secret and not tell even my dad or mom or wife. So she wrestled with this secret for 10 days until I called her on her birthday to see how she was doing and wish her a happy day.

That's right... all of this happened the same week that she turned 86.  Happy birthday Bigmama...

We put this video together to tell her story. I wanted to get it out there for everyone to see so that they can talk to their loved ones about this. Hopefully if enough people see this, these scammers will have a few less victims.

She's been a caretaker her whole life. Always giving whatever she had to help family and friends. She's never thought of herself first, and her favorite word (which she always made sure was mine too) is "sure".

I hope none of your loved one's get scammed like this.

I've put together this gofundme campaign because we don't know what else to do.  The money is gone and the police are probably not going to be able to recover it. 

So I figured I'd set up this gofundme page in the hopes of maybe recouping some of this..
