Greetings, friends and acquaintances! I am truly humbled that you are taking the time to visit this page.
Many of you know of my journey towards my ultimate calling of Massage Therapy. I graduate, God willing, on May 15th, 2017--in less than 90 days! I am dedicated and passionate about crossing the finish line and stepping into a life of great service as a facilitator of people's physical and emotional wellbeing!!!
I am asking for your support towards buying a new used car. In January, I was involved in a car accident, and my bright orange 2015 Prius C, Della, was a total loss. I am blessed that I walked away from this event unharmed, but now I face a major distraction in not having a reliable means of transportation. I relied on my Della (named after beloved actress and recording artist Della Reese) as a LIFELINE for getting to my AA meetings, starting school an hour away from home, creating income by driving for Lyft and Uber, getting me to church even when I didn't feel like it, and visiting friends near and far!
And when I found myself homeless in September of 2016, I remained steadfast in my schooling, knowing that my "worse case scenario" would be sleeping in my new and spacious car. Della and I had the best of adventures, and I am devastated to lose her. However, my Life Vision remains strong--to study for the national certification test, to graduate from Massage Therapy school, and to confidently step into a new chapter of my life full of Light and Gratitude!
