Green River Kings Sophomore Album

Green River Kings was founded five years ago in Kansas City, Missouri. Two years ago, GRK released its debut album “Heavy Hangs the Head That Wears the Crown.” Since then, the four-member band has focused on gaining a following through its live performances in the Kansas City metro area.

Justin, Andy, Tony and Clay have had the opportunity to bring rock-and-roll to a variety of venues on both sides of the state line, such as The Roxy, Davey’s Uptown Rambler’s Club, the All Star Bar and Aftershock, plus stops in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Green River Kings stepped back into the studio in summer 2016 to begin working on its sophomore album, yet to be titled. The group has been working tirelessly on new music for its current and future fans, sharing their passion for music with others.

GRK has exhausted its funds from shows, merchandise sales and even the members’ own wallets, so now the band is turning to the GRKingdom for help to finish the upcoming album.

With the goal of getting the album to fans by this summer, any donation large or small will help GRK finish the production. For those loyal supporters who give to the cause, GRK will be providing perks as a thank you.
