We are on our way to our first brick and mortar! This is a campaign to help our business raise funds for essential needs to open a brick and mortar. We will be using this to pay for things such as equipment, contractors, cookware, plating, etc.
For every $20 dollars donated, we will place you on our Love wall in our Brick and Mortar. Place up to 20 Characters per $20.

Hi and welcome to Flip ‘n Patties, Houston’s own Filipino Food Truck! We are a team who marinated in Houston, Texas and belong to a beautiful, ginormous never ending extended family. With the blessings of such a tremendous amount of kin, there was no shortage of family gatherings and delicious Filipino food. Our minds, souls and tummies have been enlightened and we plan on sharing this experience through our food truck. We have learned and mastered and continue to learn, trying to reach the peaks of Filipino food ecstasy. Along this journey, we stumbled upon a passion for burgers, trying to discover the ultimate burger experience. Being humbly inspired by the many burger creators in Houston and around the states, we sought out to create our own unique burger experience and we hope you enjoy it. Shouts out to all the Burger Designers around the world for creating such beautiful specimens.
We now come forth today cruising in our Flip-Mobile Food Truck to save the world like a modern day dynamic duo — Batman & Robin, Superman & Wonder Boy, Cheech & Chong – from bad food and ugly service. We’ve come to nourish YOU = Flipsters, the beautiful people of Houston, with the best darn Filipino Street Food and oooh so Juicy Gourmet Burgers. Check out our Food Truck, enjoy the food and sing us a song!
The Flip 'n Patties Mission
Flip 'n Patties is not in business for the sole purpose of slangin' delicious Filipino street food and gourmet akaushi burgers out of our food truck, but also to help where we can to end hunger. Our beliefs have led us wanting more than to just serve food. As a team, we understand our resources are limited, however, by working with established organizations, our efforts can accomplish greater things.
Food Dignity
Flip ‘n Patties believes in good food; food without the additional additives. We strive to buy good quality ingredients and try to support our local colleagues as much as we can. We like our animals to play with their other animal colleagues, bathe in the sun of glory, frolic the grassy hills and not fed any antibiotics or hormones. We fight for the “no more hormones” movement! All natural is how we like it in our Food Truck!
