Faruku Costumes Workshop
FarukuCostumes is a UK based costume company that has been going for a couple of years now, for years I've always worked out of my bedroom or on the floor of the living room (to the horror of my mother, and then housemates!)
This year I want to make a change, its always been a dream of mine to slowly build Faruku Costume up and into a proper studio! I one day hope to own a workshop, employ and train people, but for now after moving up from the south I've been provided an opportunity to rent a workshop (a proper office space of 180+square foot with a reception, break room, security and public access) for a year.
The GoFundMe is to help with my start-up costs, furniture/insurance/moving vans/bills/part-rent as theres a lot required of me, and being a sole-trader its been a bit of a struggle these past few months to get things going.
Any help is very much appreciated! I have FarukuCostumes brand stickers for all who donate (I will be setting up an email address to collect postage details after the gofundme has ended)
And I will be making a big post on my websites and social media with the names of everyone who was kind enough to help me out, I cant thank you all enough for the support that has been given :)
