The Notice of Commencment threshold is one of a few major pieces of red tape that slow down solar contractors across the state.
During lien law legislation that is currently underway, FlaSEIA's lobbyist Richard Pinsky has secured the chance to have a place inside the bill.
Our component would raise the Notice of Commencement threshold from $2500 up to $7500.
This will result in IMMEDIATE SAVINGS and LESS RED TAPE for contractors doing business today.
But our funds have run short. We are so close, but we can not pay our lobbyist to complete this task.
