Thank you for considering a donation to the First Congregational Church of Dundee High School Youth Group! Any funds collected will go directly to our youth to help fund our upcoming mission trip. Your contribution will ultimately allow youth to participate that otherwise would not be able.

Last year, we sent 20 youth and 4 adult leaders on a week-long mission trip to Mifflintown, PA. This year, we will be heading to Lexington, NC, from June 20-27. Our High School youth are excited and inspired for this trip – our hope is that you join in their enthusiasm and help to make this trip possible for these current and future leaders!

 Trip Purposes:

We will repaint, rebuild and renew the homes and lives of those people who cannot physically and/or financially do the work themselves due to disability or age.

We will create a renewed sense of pride for those who have fallen on hard times.

We will teach our youth the value of helping others, assisting those in need, and making connections across perceived barriers.

We will enable teamwork and leadership, and provide a positive experience with hard work, determination, and a drive to better our communities.

The ultimate goal of this trip is to grow in love of God and love of our neighbors, Jesus' great commandment to all of us. We hope enrich the lives of our youth, leaders and wider community through service. These trips are designed to take the kids out of their comfort zone to experience life through the eyes of others, while working side by side with their peers coming from a wide range of socio-economic, racial, geographical, and faith backgrounds.

Thank you in advance – we appreciate your support!

I'm proud of our youth for the unselfish work that they perform to help others less fortunate.
