My trip to Harvard University

As you may well have heard, (since I never shut up about it) I have been accepted on an incredible 9 month long internship at the Laboratory for Drug Discovery in Neurodegeneration affiliated with Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women's Hospital, Cambridge Massachusettes, USA. I will be working on projects such as Alzheimer's, Motor Neurone Disease and Spinal Muscular Atrophy. This will act as a placement year as part of my Medicinal Chemistry degree at the University of Salford, Manchester. However, (here's the catch...) this is an unpaid position. As this opportunity is far too good to miss, I have accepted the internship, and am attempting to fund myself, and this is where I need your help. I will need to fund my own VISA, accommodation, health insurance, flights and my living costs (food etc.) whilst I am over there.
