David and Cindy's Family Support

This is for my friend and collegue as she continues to support her husband David fight an incredible fight that will soon  leave behind two gorgeous boys and a wonderful inspirational wife and mother.

It's been years that David has been fighting.  No one man has ever fought so hard to gain one more minute with family, one more moment in time, one more memory to cherish.  David has done it all.  He is an incredible man.  A strong man.
