Darryn's 2017 Russia Study Abroad

I am a student at Florida State University and an International Affairs Major with an intended minor in Russian. The study abroad opportunity is important to my studies because it will give me a first-hand experience with the application of Russian language and the experience of Russian culture.

If I raise enough money for the program, I will be graduating with my Bachelor's Degree upon my return to the United States. I receive grants and have student loans, but not nearly enough to cover the total trip cost of $7,420. All money donated will go towards actual program cost and required  supplies such as books that I will have to pay for before leaving for Russia.

Early application for the program starts December 7th and the application fee is 100 dollars. The next fee is a confirmation Deposit of 1,500 on January 18th, 2017. The final fee is the Full Payment on February 15th, 2017. I plan on paying my own application fee and my hopes are that enough for the confirmation deposit by the end of December 2016, so I will know for sure if I will be able to attend the trip. Donating to this fund would provide me with a great opportunity as I advance in my future career goal in U.S. diplomacy.
