Send our youth dance team to L.A.!

Milwaukee's talented Don & Sallie Davis Boys & Girls Club dance team placed 2nd in their division in a recent regional dance competition, qualifying them for the Monsters of Hip Hop Unleashed national competition in Los Angeles.

But they need your help to cover the costs of sending all 15 talented dancers to the experience of a lifetime!

This group of talented youth dancers are eager to benefit from this wonderful learning experience in Los Angeles. The dance crew has worked hard to perform at 12 events already this year in Milwaukee, and now they're ready to network with professional dancers and choreographers at Monsters of Hip Hop Unleashed. This global event features more than dance performances, but educational seminars that will help our youth thrive as artists, both as teens and as adults.

The Davis Club's dance team is led by our amazing instructor, Cedric Gardner, whose many dance credits include FOX's Empire, as a finalist on So You Think You Can Dance and NBC's The Voice. Last year, our dance team participated in 27 performances, but additional opportunities to learn from other professionals will have a big impact on their futures.

Help us raise funds to send these incredible dancers to this opportunity of a lifetime. Your donation will go directly to this impactful trip, and any additional money raised will benefit arts programs at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee, so more young artists can enjoy these types of experiences in the future!

We’ve crunched the numbers, and we need to raise $25,000 to cover travel and competition-related expenses for all 15 Boys & Girls Clubs members (plus a few chaperones) to Monsters of Hip Hop Unleashed.
