Help Launch My Debut Album!

Hey everyone!
First of all, thank you very much for taking time to check out more about my project. My name is Dalon, and I'm an aspiring acoustic fingerstyle guitarist currently enjoying the incredible music scene in Austin, TX. I've been lucky enough to start playing some shows at several local venues, and after about 3 years of writing some original music I've got enough material for a debut album! All I needed was my first real break...
Let's rewind the clocks back to a few months ago to March, the weekend before one of the largest music festivals in the country, SXSW, descended on our town. My girlfriend, Sandra, decided to reach out to an acoustic guitarist, Shaun Hopper (shaunhopper.com), who was coming in for the event to find out when he would be playing, all completely unknown to me. She was shocked to learn that Shaun had contacted every hotel within 20 miles of Austin to no avail, all rooms were booked. Luckily, we happened to have a bedroom available, and Shaun was able to come and rock out Austin with his music. Our family and friends throughly enjoyed hosting a truly incredible and inspiring musician for the entire week.
Here's the breakthrough. Shaun returned the favor with even a greater gesture, inviting me to come to Tampa and open a show for him in May. While we were there I was fortunate to meet Shaun's friend and producer Matt Glisson, who is one of those rare types who can flat do it all, both a fantastic musician and skilled sound engineer with his own equipment and studio ready to record. He's offered to produce my debut album for about half of what any other comparable producer would charge, and in addition he'll be laying down some backing bass and percussion on a majority of the songs. With Matt's help, I will be able to create far better quality music than what I could do from my bedroom with GarageBand. This is absolutely an opportunity that I don't want to miss out on, and that's why I need your help friends!
All proceeds from this campaign will go directly to the costs associated with launching my debut album. These costs include the flights to and from Jacksonville, FL where the studio is, studio reservation, arrangements, recording, mixing, mastering, album art, and CD production. I have my own guitar and pedals, and Matt has offered us a place to stay near his studio and his fantastic cooking for a weekend while we get this thing done. We're looking to record November 13th-15th, and hopefully have CDs in hand by early December, just in time for Christmas!
If you would like to contribute toward this project, I will send you a copy of my album upon completion, and your choice of either CD or digital copy. For anyone in the greater Austin area with a donation of $250 of more, I would be honored to come do a house concert or dinner party for you and your guests. I'm so excited to have this opportunity and with your help we can make some great music together! I would not have gotten even this far without the awesome help of my friends and family, so thank you all again for your love and support!
