We are seeking funds for Dale who was recently nominated to attend the Junior National Leadership Conference in Washington, D.C. this June. He was chosen for this opportunity because he has exhibited exceptional leadership skills and has worked very hard to maintain a 4.0 G.P.A., while also being an active member of the Kerr Wrestling team for five years.
This conference is designed to help Dale develop critical leadership skills needed for success in middle school, high school, and college. This program focuses on leaders in American history and social advocacy. They will visit many historical monuments and museums, including an overnight visit to the Maryland Science Center.
Unfortunately, the tuition due mid May, is $1995 and airfare is appx. $1500. This is more money than we can possibly put together in such a short time. So we have set up this GoFundMe account with hope and the realization, that sometimes it takes a village to raise this child. Please help if you can, so he can enrich his education and future with this well deserved opportunity. Thank you!
