On May 27, 2018 another devastating flood tore through Historic Ellicott City. The damage has yet to be completely assessed but we believe it is much worse than the flood of 2016. I'm unsure of what my next move will be after all this or what the future holds for OEC, but If you would like to help us recover any donation is greatly appreciated.
