Corey Ward Memorial Fund

Corey was a kind and gentle person that was taken from us way too soon.  He didn't realize the effect he had on peoples lives with his larger than life personality. He made this world a better place.  Doing whatever he could to help his friends.  Whether it was just listening to their struggles or giving advice from his life experiences. He was  always willing to lend a hand.  He loved his family fiercely including his girlfriend and his cat. He will never get to marry the love of his life. All over a senseless act of violence.  A misunderstanding that turned fatal. He has left so many people broken hearted that we will never get to see him, hug him, hear his voice or his laughter again.  

He loved the outdoors.  Corey and his stepdad would go down to the Spokane river before work to fish.  He would go hunting and fishing with his dad.  Snowboarding and golfing with his mom.  He loved the beautiful mountains and the peacefulness of the outdoors.

He was crazy about sports.  It didn't matter which one.  Basketball, football, golf, hockey, baseball.  He loved them all. He would leave SportsCenter on his TV so his cat wouldn't get lonely while he was at work.

I can't imagine my life without him but Got needed him home more than we needed him on Earth
