I am asking you to appeal to Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne and The Honorable Dr. Eric Hoskins, Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, especially with hand-written letters, to produce my Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) funds, hopefully with years of accrued arrears and an award for hardship endured while waiting, so that I do not possibly die by a pending eviction order that should have been avoided if a series of nonsensical clerical errors had not occured.
Also, immediate gifts of funding would help immensely. Because my legal case is so complex, I am told that although I have substantial disabilites, it is too difficult to pull in my ODSP with the arrears that have accrued while waiting.

My Human Rights have been violated by Toronto Hydro and other utilities that deployed wireless Radio Frequency Electromagnetic FIelds (RF EMF) transmitting 'Smart' meters and by our Society that permits toxic chemicals to be in common use. Sensitive Individuals show immediate harm.
One example of distress I had is from a previous adjacent neighbour from where I lived three apartments ago, who inadvertently caused a toxic chemical that I severely reacted to to be blown underneath my front door though a large opening where it did not meet the floor. I was a imprisoned by fumes for three days and could not open the door to the mutual hallway. That apartment had no fire escape.
When I no longer had funds to exist, first, ODSP denied me and then the Social Benefits Tribunal (SBT) erroreously made a decision that I do not have substantial environmentally caused physical functional impairment disabilites.
That error cascaded into the Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) of the Province of Ontario when I fell behind in my payments for medical life support/rent.

I have not able to hold a full-time employment position for a decade. My position prior to that was for 10 years. As I declined, I went from the most organized manager in the company to not being able to remember what I had to say to prospective customers. At first, when I found a new job, I would be able to keep up for about a month and then collapse with bed-rest required for another month. Then I looked for another new job, and cycled in that pattern for a couple of years. I knew something was seriously wrong and could not define it.
I placed a Stay on the Eviction Order at Divisional Court where I filed an appeal.

To forcefully remove me from my apartment is slow motion life-ending, identical to removing any other necessity of life, planned to be done against my doctor's written instructions and my Right to Life.
How does the the Landlord and Tenant Board of Ontario (LTB) have the authority to potentially take the life of a person with substantial physical functional impairment disabilites allegedly causing wrongful death by a willful or negligent act, overruling both a medical doctor and the foremost medical professional expert witness in the world in one of my disabilites, who intervened and saved my life while I was too physically injured, for years, to even apply for my Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)?

A very good lawyer, J., tells me that it is far too costly to proceed legally because the anticipated legal fees are greater than the amount of past due medical life support/rent that I owe to my landlord and that likely I cannot win.
I agree that I simply cannot negotiate the obstacles in time, no matter how hard I work, to prepare my case by perfecting my appeal and I simply owe the funds to my landlord, no matter what has happened to block me from acquiring them in time. Thus, the going to court choice is not an option.

Revitalizing a life-line, cycling, literally put me back on one of my many roads to wellness. A little girl riding on the back of her daddy's bike turned around and took this picture during the ride.
Just because I can sometimes go outside, it does not mean that it is safe to do so at all times. Frequently I collapse for up to three days after an outing. In the autumn of 2012, when I finally was strong enough physically to make it to a doctor who understands my condition and signed my ODSP application, in the worst consequences of Environmental toxic exposures, it could require me to take a week of bed-rest to recover. In prior years, I would have to allow for a month of bed-rest, with alternating fever and chills reactions, if I encountered a large toxic exposure.
Just because my disabilites are not visible at the first glance does not mean that they do not exist.

After years of living in a series of previous apartments that were not safe for me, with my Environmentally caused functional impairments, including being brought down by RF Microwaves, in 2012, I was accepted into this place I am living in! During the LTB Hearing conducted by telephone on January 8, 2016, I called it a miracle that I found a place that works for me.
However, my medical needs vastly outweigh my ability to generate enough funds to pay for what it takes to live here. My landlord and the LTB call it rent; my doctor and I call it medical life-support that cannot be duplicated anywhere else.
Then, in 2012, finally, after many years of struggling, being unable to get through disability barriers, due to doctors' offices not being accessible for my disabilites, I was well enough to make it to a doctor who understands and signed my ODSP application.
Now, in March of 2016, after coping as best as could while waiting since November of 2012, when my doctor signed my ODSP application, I was totally shocked to learn that the Ontario legal system is so broken that it does not support my doctor's written instructions to enable me to keep my apartment that is medically necessary for my disabilites.
I need to urgently fundraise $12,000 to pay medical life support/rent that is past due for my apartment plus cover my other basic needs of life.
My landlord has refused to apply to the City of Toronto to subsidize my apartment; besides that, I cannot find the way to accomplish this and my landlord gave up waiting for funds to arrive from my ODSP application process and needs all the monies owed at full market value for my space.

DIFFICULTY IN COMPLETING MY ODSP APPLICATION
In 2012, when I began my ODSP application, I was already physically really far down, drained by moving my household three times in three years on top of the health effects of my disbilities. It took me six months to complete the self-reporting section, due to the complex symptoms of my disabilites getting in the way. My local community legal clinic checked it before I mailed it the following spring.
Now that I know that I need to start a Reconsideration with ODSP, not knowing how long that takes and even if it will be successful, and that I will be evicted very soon unless I can pay my landlord, I am asking for you to help.

I would imagine that this false concept of a wireless industry based assumption of a psychiatric/psychologic explanatory model for EHS has contributed to the SBT and LTB Adjudicators grossly misinterpreting my physical needs.

When completing my ODSP application, I had intentionally left Page 7 blank because it said in bold, in italics, after a large pointing triangle symbol:
"It is not necessary to complete this area for persons whose conditions are solely of a physical nature."
I have hard evidence that is, in my opinion, 100% proof of coercion and overt conscious inducement to choose a path that I believe would have created horrific harm or death to me when I was far more vulnerable than I am today, when I was barely clinging onto life due to a periodontal infection as well as doing my best to overcome the health effects of my functional impairment disabilites.
When I ventured out to visit a practice to receive care from a spinal doctor, barely able to walk due to being held without the necessities of life while waiting for ODSP, I found that the office had Wi-Fi and the doctor used his cell phone right in front of me, knowing how delicate I was, saying that the body is supposed to be well enough to tolerate it. When I returned home, I found I had internal bleeding leaking out. This happened over and over, athe practice, until I won my argument with the doctor that I cannot tolerate Radio Frequency Microwave Radiation at all.
Even though the doctor had agreed to wait for his payment on account until my funds arrived, things turned badly for me when the doctor contacted my local community legal clinic directly to expedite the release of my funds.
I have the doctor's voice mail message recording saying "I need you to complete..." my ODSP application on Page 7. When I confronted the doctor with the truth that I have solely a physical condition, he claimed that he had allegedly been given contrary instructions from a worker at my local community legal clinic. How can a community legal clinic worker overule my medical doctor?
At the time, on top of all else, I also had a tremendous periodontal infection resulting from my funds being too low to purchase nutritious foods and I had to spend my Special Diet allowance on my medical life support/rent. Also, Curtis Bennett had told me that a dentist's wife had died at a dental convention with the same kind of infection, so I was very aware of the real danger I was in, with the infection spreading to my brain.

TRAPPED IN AN ALTERED STATE ALIKE NEAR-DEATH
I am highly vulnerable to EMFs. I had no response in time to stop the Toronto Hydro activation, and as it turned out, never, from my email to my City of Toronto Councillor pleading to stop the imminent foreseen harm. MIND OVER MATTER
Being a certified Trainer in a Mind-Over-Matter discipline called 'New Life Patterns', since 1991, I had taken command in my mind during my altered state of consciousness. A few years ago, when I was first well enough to venture out of my Environmental Sanctuary home and travel to a safe area with low power density for two days , I discovered that the constant high pitch whine inside my head of microwave hearing that began when the 'Smart' meters were turned on, subsided and reappeared, shortly after returning to Toronto.
CURRENT FINANCIAL CRISIS
Then, in late November of 2015, I was faced with a medical life support/rent arrears eviction order from my apartment. I had not been able to keep up with the costs of all my medical needs and had chosen to spend money on nutritious food, so that I could better cope with basic survival . A Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) Hearing had taken place earlier without my knowledge. As soon as I realized what had happened, I was able to obtain a Review, and in January 2016, I lost my request to wait until my Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) hopefully accrued funds arrived. My ODSP application had been rejected over and over, since the spring of 2013, and because of disability barriers, without access to safe travel and doctors' offices, I was 100% unable to have applied earlier.
Even when I was first physically strong enough to venture out and attempt to go to see my doctor, I got so hopelessly lost in the TTC, that I never made it and had to wait a year to build my strength to make a second attempt.
TRIBUNAL ADJUDICATORS CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHAT IT IS LIKE TO FOR ME TO HAVE ELECTRICAL INCOHERENCE AND SEVERE MULTIPLE CHEMICAL SENSITIVITIES
My lack of having adequate communications, that are manifestations of the complex symptoms of my disabilities, had made it too difficult to coordinate things well enough so that the two Adjudicators of both my ODSP Hearing held June 1st, 2015 and recent LTB Hearing, could understand my medical needs.
There had a been a clerical misunderstanding and my doctor did not attend my Social Benefits Tribunal Hearing for my ODSP, although a record is there in her appointment book that I had requested it.
MY SOCIAL BENEFITS TRIBUNAL HEARING RULING
My main medical professional expert witness, Curtis Bennett, testified. He was given a little more than 5 minutes to explain over 5 years of work.

SBT DECISION
Then when the SBT Decision report came in the Canada Post mail, instead of understanding the tremendous body of work that Curtis Bennett had done to restore my functiong to where I am today, partly able to cope with the requirements of my life, he was not respected according to his true status, being the foremost medical expert in the world in my electrocution disability.
The truth is that Curtis Bennett's company leads the world by employing infrared imaging applications that are approved and recognized by Boards of Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, etc. Lecturing medical education for continuing education credits required for licensing is the highest standard and required for the integrity of the imaging, representation as well as presentation. Cost savings could be immediate or if required the patient could be imaged in the courtroom in front of both medical/legal teams as well as the judge.
The SBT report states:
[33] 'I neither find the testimony provided by Mr. B, an acquaintance of the Appellant’s, to be persuasive, and place little weight on his oral evidence. He has never met the Appellant, and although he explained that he has spoken with her several times, I found his testimony general, vague and of little value in terms of what he knew of first-hand or could speak to about the Appellant at the relevant time. Identified as an expert in the field of EMG, Mr. B. explained that he lectures and teaches in the field at medical schools, though is not a physician. He is an electrician and has been a thermo radiation consultant for 30 years, working in building construction and technology. Mr. B testified that at the relevant time the Appellant was being “electromagnetically induced” which affected her white blood cells and compromised her immune systems, impacting her ability to function across the board. She could not concentrate, and was “neurologically interfered with”. He would speak with her a couple of times a week at the time.'

REASONS WHY I FELL THROUGH THE CRACKS
1. Incoherency. My symptoms caused by Electrocution from wireless devices and severe Multiple Chemical Sensitivities, along with a major periodontal infection travelling to my brain made my disabilites so aggrevated that I could not organize and prepare my case. This irony resulted in massive confusion in those listening to me.
2. Adjudicators without Medical Training. The SBT Adjudicator does not possess the medical scope to understand my disabilites and how my functional impairments have substantially affected my cognitive and verbal skills and that they have degenerated to make my oral presentation "vague and at times internally inconsistent or inconsistent with the ratings provided by Dr. B."
3. No travel protection. If I had adequate EMF protection, I could have seen my doctor earlier and more frequently. I still don't have an EMF safety suit like this one, that is used for a telecom technican or other adequate EMF protection such as hospital X-Ray blankets to travel with.

4. No funding to travel to my MD.
When I did not have enough funds to travel more to see my MD because she is located near Bathurst and Major Mackenzie in Vaughn, Ontario Works and every other avenue I tried was not able to assist.
5. Diminshed ability to present my needs when I do arrive at my MD.
By the time I travel by TTC and York Regional Transit to my MD's office, I am not able to hold my thoughts in my mind and have to rely on my prepared notes.

Once, in a previous apartment, within a few minutes of accidently overhearing what was about to happen, I had to quickly create a MCS barrier where there was no door on the entrance to my quarters to protect me from a stranger who was scented coming into the common room on the other side of the plastic sheet, without any notice to me. What a panic!

In that space, I could not turn on the kitchen hot water tap to wash my dishes for about six months from moving in, because the relocating of my household to escape the 'Smart' meter in the previous place had exhausted me so much I could not tolerate the fumes from the faucet. I ate fresh food straight from the fridge and from bags of dried fruits and nuts and the like, to avoid creating dirty dishes.
Also, previously, lacking the basic necessities of life while waiting for my ODSP, my ability to concentrate was so low that I could not even create this page, even though I began it in August of 2014.
In the earliest years of my partial recovery it would take me an entire day, or even much longer, to write something that a normal person could easily do in an hour. Now, it takes less time; however, it's still really hard to accomplish what I need to do.
The evidence stating the multiple health effects of my disabilities, as given verbally by medical professional expert witness Curtis Bennett, who has extensively cared for me for over five years, was entirely omitted from my Review Order.

In my forthcoming intended Appeal to the Divisional Court of Ontario, I am planning to say that in my opinion, the Adjudicator, Landlord and Tenant Board member, K. W., clearly failed to consider whether I need to be granted relief from eviction until I can raise the funds.

My landlord was willing to wait a very lengthy time, when the delays of bringing in the funds l need never arrived in a timely way from ODSP. During the years of waiting for ODSP, I have had severe financial hardships.
I had to learn how to avoid Electrical hazards, as well as Multiple Chemical Sensitivies triggers and lessen my body burden.
