Serving individuals across Canada and North America, it offers a range of services to support recovery from substance use and related behaviors.

Core Services
Residential Treatment Programs: Separate programs for youth (ages 13–18) and adults (ages 19+), focusing on abstinence-based recovery and social model programming. These programs emphasize community living, peer support, and life skills development.
Family Support: Includes programs such as the Parents Group, Partners Group, and a 4-day Family Enhancement Program at Keystone Retreat, which recognizes the role of family in the recovery process.
Continuing Care: Tailored aftercare plans to support long-term recovery, including monitoring, reintegration assistance, and access to a robust alumni network for ongoing support.
Recovery Capital Approach: Utilizes the "My Recovery Plan" software to assess and build Recovery Capital, focusing on personal skills, relationships, and community connections to sustain recovery.
Community Integration: Part of the New Westminster Recovery Community, facilitating connections with local services and support networks to enhance recovery outcomes.
