Computer Parts For Disabled Person

Hey there! My name is Allen, and if you're reading this you've probably already learned that I'm asking you for money. I don't want to waste your time, so let's get into why without going into laborious detail, though that will likely be required at the end.
In short-ish terms: I'm 26 years old and have a condition called Marfan Syndrome, among other conditions. Marfan Syndrome is a connective tissue disorder with no current cure- In simple terms, all of the joint tissue and cardiac tissue in my body is weaker than it should be. This leads to conditions like Scoliosis, Aortic Root Dissection, Lens and Cataract dislocation, extremely elongated limbs (I'm 6'10"), Aortic Valve Failure, and about fifty other conditions.
I've had four major surgeries for my condition: A full Spinal Fusion, Aortic Valve Replacement (In August of this year), Aortic Root Sparing, and having my right arm humerus rebuilt. As you might expect, this all sucks pretty bad. It also means that unfortunately there really isn't any competitive field that I can work in- Which is why I receive SSI from the government to sustain myself. I also get food benefits. My finances are pretty tight though- 750$ and 180 in food benefits has to pay my bills, my transportation and medical costs not covered by my insurance. I manage in my daily life, but no matter how hard I stretch my finances, the cost of getting a computer is proving to be pretty much impossible. And that's the meat of what I'm asking for here. My computer is pretty much my one singular outlet to the world- Being mobility disabled and legally blind, my choices in "Outlet to funnel focus and time into" is pretty much only my computer.
Which is about nine years old and dying. Out of date enough that replacing certain parts is extremely difficult, if not impossible due to not having the original screw replacements and bolts required for the casing, all of my parts from CPU to Motherboard to Power Supply are showing pretty serious age and issues. I'm likely going to have to buy a pre-built because of the constraints of being low-vision and having very, very large hands (Ow, cuts suck.) I'm pretty much out of options here. I spent a year trying to save for this only to have my finances wiped out by needing a heart surgery in August.
What am I asking you for?
Anything you feel comfortable with. A dollar, 5, 10, anything. Whatever you choose to donate I will be unfathomably grateful for. I wish I could offer you something in return more than my sincerest thank you. But know that in donating you're providing me with an outlet to the outside world that won't result in me going stir crazy. You're also enabling me to be the absolute worst at video games.
